Running low on power doesn't have to kill the vibe. Pre-book Hand-in Charging to keep your portable speaker battery, powerbank, satisfyer, or other personal device charged throughout the festival. Just drop it off and pick it up fully charged.

When is this useful?

Hand-in Charging is ideal if you're bringing a portable speaker and want to recharge its battery during the festival, or if you want to charge a powerbank or any other personal device — we don't judge what you brought. For phone charging, see our dedicated Phone Charging service.

How it works

  1. Pre-book online before the festival or pay on-site at Mr Camp Champ
  2. Bring your device to Mr Camp Champ
  3. Hand it in — we will safely store and charge it
  4. Pick it up fully charged
  5. Each hand-in is charged individually — no packages, no limits

Pick-up & access

  • Hand-in Charging is available at Mr Camp Champ during festival opening hours
  • Each hand-in counts as one charge
  • Hand-in Charging is provided and operated by Volt, with on-site support available during the festival.

Accepted devices: Phones, powerbanks, other personal devices

Powerbank size categories:

  • Small: up to 10,000 mAh
  • Large: 10,000 mAh or more

Can I charge multiple devices at once?
Yes. You can hand in multiple devices at the same time, but each device counts toward your package limit.

Can I charge my device more than once?
Yes. Each hand-in counts as one charge. You can recharge the same device multiple times up to your package limit.

How do you define Small and Large powerbanks?
Powerbanks are categorized by capacity (mAh), determined by the manufacturer’s stated specifications:
– Small: up to 10,000 mAh
– Large: 10,000 mAh or more

What happens if I forget to pick up my device?
Please pick up your device promptly. Unclaimed items will be handled according to Volt’s on-site policies.

Can I hand in my device overnight?
No. Hand-in Charging is only available during festival opening hours (7:00 AM – 12:00 AM).

  • Use of Hand-in Charging is at your own risk.
  • Volt is not responsible for loss, damage, or misuse of batteries, phones, powerbanks, or other personal devices.
  • Devices can be handed in and picked up daily from 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM during the festival.
  • Charges are limited to your pre-booked package; unused charges will not be refunded.
  • Volt may temporarily close a service station if demand exceeds capacity.
  • Powerbank size categories are based on manufacturer-stated capacity (mAh). Powerbanks up to 10,000 mAh are considered Small. Powerbanks with a capacity of 10,000 mAh or more are considered Large.
  • Please pick up your device promptly; unclaimed items will be handled according to Volt’s on-site policies.
