Locker - All Days

Your locker is located close to the festival entrance and is available during the festival opening hours:

Thursday July 30 from 13:00–02:00
Friday July 31 from 13:00–02:00
Saturday August 1 from 13:00–02:00

What can I store in my locker?
You can store valuables, a bag, extra clothing, and other personal items that fit inside the locker.

Is my locker secure?
Yes. Each locker has a personal access code, and the locker area is monitored regularly to ensure your belongings are safe.

Can I access my locker multiple times during the day?
Yes. You can access your locker as often as you like during the rental period and opening hours, at no extra cost.

If I only need storage for one day, what should I do?
No worries – you can also choose a Single Day Locker, designed exactly for situations where you only need storage for one day without committing to the full festival.

If I book a Full Festival Locker, will I get the same locker for the entire period?
Yes. You get one dedicated locker for the entire period, so you can come and go freely without switching lockers.

What happens if I forget my access code?
Your locker number and access code will be sent to you by email and SMS shortly before the festival opens.

Please note: SMS notifications are only delivered to Northern European phone numbers. If you haven’t received your SMS, check your email (including your spam folder). If you experience any issues on-site, our team will be there to assist you.

What happens if I forget something in my locker?
Any items left in lockers after closing time will be handed over to O Days Lost & Found.

Can I charge my phone inside the locker?
No, the lockers do not have power outlets.
Volt Charging Self-Service is available at this festival for mobile charging.

Are the lockers protected from the weather?
Yes. All lockers are located under cover, ensuring your belongings stay dry throughout the festival.

Do I need to empty the locker when I’m done?
Yes. Please leave the locker empty, closed, and locked at the end of your rental period. This ensures your booking is properly completed and that the locker is ready for the next guest.

Lockers are provided and operated by Volt, with on-site support available during festival opening hours.

No liability for items left inside
Volt is not responsible for items left inside the locker. Please remember to take your belongings with you when leaving the locker.

Locker number and access code
Your locker number and personal access code will be sent by email and SMS shortly before your rental period starts.

Lost or forgotten access code
If you forget your access code, on-site support from Volt can assist you during the festival.

Monitoring
Lockers are monitored daily.

Locker condition at the end of rental
At the end of your rental period, please leave the locker empty, closed, and locked. Failure to do so may result in additional handling or restricted access to future bookings.

Use at your own risk
Use of the locker is at your own risk. Neither Volt nor O Days is responsible for any injuries or damages caused by misuse of the locker.

Early departure / unused rental
No refunds are available for lockers not used during the rental period.

Responsibility for improper use
Volt reserves the right to deny access or terminate rental if the locker is misused.
