When is a locker useful?

A locker is your best friend when you don’t want to spend the day worrying about a rain jacket, picnic blanket, or valuables in your backpack.

Leave your things in the locker and grab extra layers as the evening gets cooler — without queueing at the cloakroom. Have a great Party!

Your locker is available during the events opening hours.

What can I store in the locker?
You can store valuables, a change of clothes, small bags, and other personal items that fit within the locker’s dimensions. Please note that items prohibited on the festival grounds may not be stored in lockers located inside the festival area.

Can I use the locker multiple times during the day?
Yes. You may access the locker as often as you like within the rental period and opening hours.

If I book a one-day locker for several days, will I get the same locker?
Unfortunately no. One-day lockers are allocated per day, so a multi-day booking does not guarantee the same locker. You should therefore always clear out your locker overnight, especially as Volt does not take responsibility for any items left behind outside the event’s opening hours.

Is the locker secure?
Yes. Each locker has a personal code, and the locker area is monitored daily.

What happens if I forget the locker code?
The locker number and code will be sent to you by text message and email just before the rental period begins. Please also check your spam folder. If you have any problems, on-site staff will assist you.

Can I charge my phone in the locker?
There are no power outlets in the lockers, so charging is not possible. If you need to charge your phone during the festival, you can use our Volt charging service.

Do I need to empty the locker after use?
Yes. Please empty the locker and close the door so it’s ready for the next user.

Can I use my own padlock?
No. For security reasons, our staff must be able to have access to the locker at all times; furthermore, as the lock is digital, personal locks cannot be used.

  • Volt is not responsible for items left inside.
  • Lockers are accessible during the Events’s full opening hours.
  • Locker number and access code will be sent by email shortly before your rental period starts on the same day
  • Lockers are monitored daily.
  • Lockers must be left empty, closed, and locked at the end of the rental period. Failure to do so may result in additional handling or restricted access to future bookings.
  • Use of the locker is at your own risk.
  • Volt is not responsible for any injuries or damages caused by misuse of the locker.
  • Forgotten items from lockers will be handed over to the event's own Lost & Found department and can be collected from them
