What types of SOUNDBOKS batteries are eligible for swap?
Only SOUNDBOKS Gen4 batteries are eligible for the Battery Swap service.

How many swaps do I get?
Each package includes a fixed number of swaps. Unused swaps are non-refundable.

Can I use my own SOUNDBOKS Gen4 battery?
Yes. You can use your own Gen4 battery, and your first swap is counted when you hand in your battery for exchange.

Can I rent or buy a SOUNDBOKS Gen4 battery on-site?
Yes. You can rent or buy a Gen4 battery on-site. You’ll receive a fully charged battery at pickup. A deposit is required. Your first swap is only counted when you hand in the battery for charging for the first time.

How do I get my deposit back?
Return any rented battery at the festival and the deposit (1,500 DKK) will be refunded within 14 bank days. If you keep the battery, the deposit is retained.

What happens if my battery is damaged or visibly faulty?
Batteries with visible damage may be refused for swapping.

Where can I swap batteries?
At all Volt Recharge Zones during festival opening hours.

What should I do if I have questions during the festival?
On-site support is available at all Volt Recharge Zones.

• Battery swaps are available during festival opening hours and subject to availability.
• Volt reserves the right to temporarily suspend swapping if demand exceeds capacity.
