Are you our night owl?
The festival doesn't sleep, so neither do we, or well we try. Therefore we need you <3
As a Night Owl, your primary task is to create a sense of safety at night. You’ll walk around the festival grounds, making sure that the volunteers handling our regular Volt tasks feel safe and secure when darkness falls. You’ll keep an eye on people’s well-being, step in if someone needs help, and maintain calm even in high-pressure situations.
Why the night shifts?
Only 3 shift during the festival
We know it takes extra batteries to be up at night. Therefore you'll only have 3 shifts of 8 hours. The last one we save for a brief before the festival
Free during the day
Night shifts mean your days are free for concerts, exploring, and hanging out with friends. And of course nap in our bean bags
Shift with your friend
As a Night Owl, you’ll work in pairs so you’re never alone. This also means you can sign up for the same shifts as your friend. Nights don’t get more fun than that!
Same great perks
Free charging, access to Volt HQ, snacks on shift, and a festival wristband Just like every Volt volunteer. (plus some extra goodies 🤫)
Responsibility as a night shift
At Volt, our volunteers are at the core of everything we do, and we truly appreciate their efforts! When the party peaks and night falls, we need people like you who take pride in creating a safe atmosphere at the festival and ensuring that other volunteers have a good experience during the night. That’s why we’re looking for our next Night Owls! Festival guests may be intoxicated, so situations can arise where a strong and composed person is needed. You therefore play an extremely important role in making it a great experience to volunteer with Volt.
