Reserve a personal locker in advance and enjoy the festival with less to carry. You can book a locker for a single day or for the entire festival. Lockers are available outside and inside the festival’s main gate, next to the merchandise point, and in the VIP area.

Locker Benefits

  • Secure storage for valuables, a bag, or extra clothing
  • Personal access code – only you can open your locker
  • Easy access during the festival's opening hours
  • Limited availability – book early to secure your locker

How it works

  1. Pre-book your locker online before the festival
  2. Receive your locker number and access code by email & SMS shortly before the rental period starts
  3. Access your locker anytime during the festival's opening hours

Why book a locker?

A personal locker makes your festival day significantly easier. You don’t need to carry extra clothes, bags, or purchases made during the day. Leave your items safely stored and focus fully on enjoying Hellsinki Metal Festival. A locker is also the perfect solution for merchandise purchases: you can store your items immediately and continue the evening without extra things to carry.

What can I store in a locker?
You can store valuables, a change of clothes, small bags, and other personal items that fit within the locker’s dimensions. Please note that you cannot store any items prohibited within the festival grounds in the lockers located inside the festival grounds.

Can I use the locker multiple times during the day?
Yes. You can access your locker as often as you like within the rental period and during opening hours.

If I reserve a one-day locker for multiple days, will I get the same locker?
Unfortunately, no. One-day lockers are assigned on a daily basis, so a multi-day reservation does not guarantee the same locker.

If you’d like the same locker for the entire festival, we recommend booking an “All Days” locker, which will give you access to the same locker for the entire period.

Is the locker secure?
Yes. Each locker has a personal opening link, and the locker area is monitored daily.

What happens if I forget my locker code?
Your locker number and opening link will be sent to you via text message and email just before your rental period begins. Be sure to check your spam folder as well. If you encounter any problems, our on-site staff will be happy to help.

Can I charge my phone in the locker?
There are no power outlets in the lockers, so you won’t be able to charge your phone there. If you want to charge your phone during the festival, you can use our Volt charging service.

Do I need to empty the locker after use?
Yes. Please empty the locker and close the door so it’s ready for the next user.

  • Lockers are provided and operated by Volt, with on-site support available during festival opening hours.
  • For questions outside festival hours, please contact support@getvolt.dk.
