How it works

  • Book your locker online in advance

  • You’ll receive your locker number and an opening link by email and SMS before your rental period begins

  • Use the locker freely for the entire duration of your booking

When is a locker useful? A locker is your best friend when you don’t want to spend the day worrying about a rain jacket, picnic blanket, or valuables in your backpack.

Leave your things in the locker for up to three days and grab extra layers as the evening gets cooler — without queueing at the cloakroom. Have a wonderful festival!

What can I store in my locker?
You can store valuables, extra clothing, small bags, and personal items that fit within the locker dimensions.

Can I access my locker multiple times during the day?
Yes. You can access your locker as often as you like during the rental period and opening hours.

Is my locker secure?
Yes. Each locker has a personal access link, and the locker area is monitored daily.

What happens if I lose my access link?
Your locker number and access link will be sent by email and SMS before your rental period starts. If you experience issues, on-site support can help.

Do I need to empty the locker when I’m done?
Yes. Please leave the locker empty, closed, and locked at the end of your rental period, so it’s ready for the next guest — and not mistaken for a trashcan.

  • Lockers are provided and operated by Volt, with on-site support available during festival opening hours.

  • Volt is not responsible for items left inside.
  • Lockers are accessible during the festival’s full opening hours.
  • Locker number and access code will be sent by email shortly before your rental period starts.
  • Lockers are monitored daily.
  • Lockers must be left empty, closed, and locked at the end of the rental period. Failure to do so may result in additional handling or restricted access to future bookings.
  • Use of the locker is at your own risk.
  • Volt is not responsible for any injuries or damages caused by misuse of the locker.
