How it works

  1. Book your locker in advance online
  2. You'll receive your locker number and an unlock link by email and text message before the rental period begins. 
  3. Use the locker freely for the entire duration of your booking.

 

When is a locker handy?

A locker is your best friend when you don't want to spend your day worrying about a rain jacket, a picnic blanket, or valuables in your backpack.

Leave your things in a locker – even for three days – and grab an extra layer as the evening cools down, without queuing at the cloakroom. Have a wonderful festival!

The main gate lockers are located by the festival area's main entrance. You'll find exact locations on the map.

Please note that lockers cannot be accessed while the festival area is closed. A one-day locker is available to you on your chosen day, within festival opening hours.

What can I store in a locker?
You can store valuables, a change of clothes, small bags, and other personal items that fit within the locker’s dimensions. Please note that you cannot store any items prohibited within the festival grounds in the lockers located inside the festival grounds.

Can I use the locker multiple times during the day?
Yes. You can access your locker as often as you like within the rental period and during opening hours.

If I reserve a one-day locker for multiple days, will I get the same locker?
Unfortunately, no. One-day lockers are assigned on a daily basis, so a multi-day reservation does not guarantee the same locker.

If you’d like the same locker for the entire festival, we recommend booking an “All Days” locker, which will give you access to the same locker for the entire period.

Is the locker secure?
Yes. Each locker has a personal opening link, and the locker area is monitored daily.

What happens if I forget my locker code?
Your locker number and opening link will be sent to you via text message and email just before your rental period begins. Be sure to check your spam folder as well. If you encounter any problems, our on-site staff will be happy to help.

Can I charge my phone in the locker?
There are no power outlets in the lockers, so you won’t be able to charge your phone there. If you want to charge your phone during the festival, you can use our Volt charging service.

Do I need to empty the locker after use?
Yes. Please empty the locker and close the door so it’s ready for the next user.

  • Lockers are provided and operated by Volt, with on-site support available during festival opening hours.

  • Volt is not responsible for items left inside.
  • Lockers are accessible during the festival’s full opening hours.
  • Locker number and access code will be sent by email shortly before your rental period starts.
  • Lockers are monitored daily.
  • Lockers must be left empty, closed, and locked at the end of the rental period. Failure to do so may result in additional handling or restricted access to future bookings.
  • Use of the locker is at your own risk.
  • Volt is not responsible for any injuries or damages caused by misuse of the locker.
