How it works

  1. Choose your location: LS:Camp, Russelandsbyen, or LS:Dimension (also located in Russelandsbyen)
  2. Choose when you want your locker: the full festival, Friday, or Saturday
  3. Select quantity and easily book your locker before the festival
  4. Receive your locker number and access code by email and SMS before the event starts
  5. Use the locker as you wish throughout the entire rental period

When is this useful?

A locker is perfect when you want to:

  • Have a secure place for your valuables
  • Avoid carrying extra clothing and gear around all day
  • Have a simple and reliable base on the festival grounds
  • Have access to charging during the weekend (you can scan the QR code and purchase this as an add-on)

What can I store in my locker?
You can store valuables, extra clothing, small bags, and personal items that fit within the locker dimensions.

Can I access my locker multiple times during the day?
Yes. You can access your locker as often as you like during the rental period and opening hours.

If I book Single Day lockers for multiple days, will I get the same locker?
No. Single Day lockers are assigned per day, so booking multiple days does not guarantee the same locker. If you want the same locker throughout the festival, we recommend booking a Music Days locker, which gives you one dedicated locker for the entire period.

Is my locker secure?
Yes. Each locker has a personal access code, and the locker area is monitored daily.

What happens if I forget my access code?
Your locker number and access code will be sent by email and SMS before your rental period starts. If you experience issues, on-site support can help.

Can I charge my phone inside the locker?
No, the lockers do not have power outlets.
If you need a mobile charging solution during the festival, you can use our Volt Charging Service.

Do I need to empty the locker when I’m done?
Yes. Please leave the locker empty, closed, and locked at the end of your rental period, so it’s ready for the next guest — and not mistaken for a trashcan.

  • Lockers are provided and operated by Volt, with on-site support available during festival opening hours.
  • For questions outside festival hours, please contact support@getvolt.dk.

Lock type: Manual wheel lock (no digital keypad)
Power: No power outlet inside the locker

  • Volt is not responsible for items left inside.
  • Lockers are accessible during the festival’s full opening hours.
  • Locker number and access code will be sent by email shortly before your rental period starts.
  • Lockers are monitored daily.
  • Lockers must be left empty, closed, and locked at the end of the rental period. Failure to do so may result in additional handling or restricted access to future bookings.
  • Use of the locker is at your own risk.
  • Volt is not responsible for any injuries or damages caused by misuse of the locker.
