How it works

Access & availability 

  • You have access to your locker throughout the event’s opening hours, 3:00 PM–12:00 AM.
  • If you have booked a locker for all days, you may leave your belongings in the locker overnight. The locker must be emptied before the festival area closes on the event’s final day.
  • If you have booked a locker for one day, the locker must be emptied before the festival area closes on the day the locker is booked for.
  • You will receive your locker number and access code by SMS and email two hours before the festival area opens. Check your spam folder. Opening hours: 3:00 PM–12:00 AM on both Friday and Saturday.

When is this useful?

A locker is ideal if you want to keep valuables safe while attending concerts, avoid carrying extra clothes all day, and prefer a reliable on-site storage solution.

What can I store in my locker?
You can store valuables, extra clothing, small bags, and personal items that fit within the locker dimensions.

Can I access my locker multiple times during the day?
Yes. You can access your locker as often as you like during the rental period and opening hours.

Is my locker secure?
Yes. Each locker has a personal access code, and the locker area is monitored daily.

What happens if I forget my access code?
Your locker number and access code will be sent by email and SMS before your rental period starts. If you experience issues, on-site support can help.

Do I need to empty the locker when I’m done?
Yes. Please leave the locker empty, closed, and locked at the end of your rental period, so it’s ready for the next guest — and not mistaken for a trashcan.

  • Lockers are provided and operated by Volt, with on-site support available during festival opening hours.
