1. Products and Services

These terms apply to services and products offered by Volt ApS through shop.getvolt.dk. Purchases of Volt ApS products are made directly with Volt ApS; purchases of partner products are made with the respective partner. SOUNDBOKS battery swaps are subject to separate product agreements.

2. Changes to Terms

Volt ApS reserves the right to amend these terms. Updated terms take effect upon publication. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT. Volt reserves the right to adjust prices and cancel orders in the event of obvious pricing errors. Accepted payment methods: credit/debit cards, MobilePay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

5. Confidentiality

Volt ApS treats all customer information with strict confidentiality.

6. Limitation of Liability

Volt ApS accepts no liability for outages, power failures, internet disruptions, or cybersecurity incidents beyond our reasonable control.

7–10. Product and Service Liability

Volt ApS applies liability limitations in relation to personal injury, property damage, SOUNDBOKS battery swaps, and Soundlock devices.

11. Cool Locker and Storage Units

Volt ApS accepts no liability for items left in storage units. Temperature control cannot be guaranteed. Items not collected will be handed over to lost and found.

12. Cloakroom Service

Volt ApS offers a paid cloakroom service and accepts no liability for lost or misplaced items. Cash is not accepted.

12B. Locker Rental

Time-based reservations require check-out after use. Unchecked-out reservations will be charged at the maximum daily rate.

13. Order Collection

Orders are collected at Volt stands on-site at festivals.

14. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal on product purchases (provided the event has not commenced) and services (provided the service has not been used). Notice to support@getvolt.dk.

15. Returns and Refunds

Returns must be made within 14 days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. Rental items must be returned in usable condition. Refunds are processed within 14 business days.

16. Uncollected Products

Products not collected during the event cannot be retrieved or refunded afterwards.

17. Refund Process

Full refunds are issued within 14 business days of the withdrawal notice.

18. Right of Complaint

Purchases are subject to Danish consumer law with a 24-month statutory right of complaint. Complaints to support@getvolt.dk.

20. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Danish law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Frederiksberg Court.

21. Dispute Resolution

Complaints may be submitted to the Danish Centre for Complaints or the EU ODR platform: ec.europa.eu/odr.
