Your Role as Team Leader

As a Team Leader, you are the captain of your own little ship – one of our locations at the festival. Your responsibilities will range widely:

🎵 Leadership: Motivate and coordinate your team of volunteers

🎵 Operations: Keep track of the stall’s stock, procedures, and daily flow

🎵 Service: Ensure guests receive a service they won’t soon forgetAnd yes, we promise that no two days are ever the same in this dynamic environment.

The Practical Details

📅 When? June 27 – July 6, 2025

📚 Training: A mandatory training day + online training + participation in a pre-festival briefing

Work Hours: 4-6 shifts of 8 hours (spread across both warm-up and music days)

💸 Compensation: 2,150-3,225 DKK

We’re looking for someone who:

✔ Has a big heart for leadership and teamwor

k✔ Thrives in the chaotic energy of a festival environment

✔ Can keep calm and stay positive – even when guests get a bit too tipsy

✔ Loves music, the festival vibe, and the special magic that happens


You don’t need to be an experienced leader – as long as you have the courage, energy, and desire to spread the Volt vibe, make independent decisions, and create a fantastic work environment for our volunteers, we want to see that Volt feeling radiating from your stall. In return, we’ll give you the tools to handle any challenges, and we’re always on hand to support you, so don’t worry – you’re never alone!
