What can I store in the locker?
You can store valuables, a change of clothes, small bags, and other personal items that fit within the locker’s dimensions. Please note that items prohibited on the festival grounds may not be stored in lockers located inside the festival area.
Can I use the locker multiple times during the day?
Yes. You may access the locker as often as you like within the rental period and opening hours.
If I book a one-day locker for several days, will I get the same locker?
Unfortunately no. One-day lockers are allocated per day, so a multi-day booking does not guarantee the same locker.
If you want the same locker for the entire festival, we recommend booking an All Days locker; then you will have the same locker for the whole period.
Is the locker secure?
Yes. Each locker has a personal opening link, and the locker area is monitored daily.
What happens if I forget the locker code?
The locker number and personal opening link will be sent to you by text message and email just before the rental period begins. Please also check your spam folder. If you have any problems, on-site staff will assist you.
Can I charge my phone in the locker?
There are no power outlets in the lockers, so charging is not possible. If you need to charge your phone during the festival, you can use our Volt charging service.
Do I need to empty the locker after use?
Yes. Please empty the locker and close the door so it’s ready for the next user.
