What can I store in my locker?
You can store valuables, extra clothing, small bags, and personal items that fit within the locker dimensions.

Is my locker secure?
Yes. Each locker has a personal access code, and the locker area is monitored daily.

What happens if I forget my access code?
Your locker number and access code will be sent by email and SMS before your rental period starts. If you experience issues, on-site support can help.

Do I need to empty the locker when I’m done?
Yes. Please leave the locker empty, closed, and locked at the end of your rental period, so it’s ready for the next guest — and not mistaken for a trashcan.
