Your locker is accessible throughout the full event opening hours and is located just inside the festival entrance – easy to find when you arrive and ready whenever you need it.

You can access your locker as often as you like during the day at no extra cost.

A limited number of lockers will also be available outside the festival entrance in case you bring items that are not allowed inside. Please note that re-entry to the festival requires a separate entry/exit wristband, which costs 75 DKK and can be purchased at the Information.

Lockers outside the festival area cannot be pre-booked and are only available for on-site purchase in limited quantities.

What can I store in my locker?
You can store valuables, a bag, extra clothing, and other personal items that fit inside the locker.

Can I access my locker multiple times during the day?
Yes. You can access your locker as often as you like during the rental period and opening hours, at no extra cost.

Is my locker secure?
Yes. Each locker has a personal access code, and the locker area is monitored daily to ensure your belongings are safe.

What happens if I forget my access code?
Your locker number and access code will be sent to you by email and SMS before your rental period starts. If you experience any issues on-site, our support team will be there to assist you.

Can I charge my phone inside the locker?
No, the lockers do not have power outlets.
However, our Brick self-service charging is available at this event for phone charging.

Do I need to empty the locker when I’m done?
Yes. Please leave the locker empty, closed, and locked at the end of your rental period. This ensures your booking is properly completed and that the locker is ready for the next guest — and not mistaken for a trashcan.

Are the lockers protected from the weather?
Yes. All lockers are located under cover, ensuring your belongings stay dry throughout the event.

Lockers are provided and operated by Volt, with on-site support available during event opening hours.

No liability for items left inside
Volt is not responsible for items left inside the locker. Please remember to take your belongings with you when leaving the locker.

Locker number and access code
Your locker number and personal access code will be sent by email and SMS shortly before your rental period starts.

Lost or forgotten access code
If you forget your access code, on-site support can assist you during the event.

Monitoring
Lockers are monitored daily.

Locker condition at the end of rental
At the end of your rental period, please leave the locker empty, closed, and locked. Failure to do so may result in additional handling or restricted access to future bookings.

Use at your own risk
Use of the locker is at your own risk. Volt is not responsible for any injuries or damages caused by misuse of the locker.

Early departure / unused rental
No refunds are available for lockers not used during the rental period.

Responsibility for improper use
Volt reserves the right to deny access or terminate rental if the locker is misused.
