Volt Charging Service

• Refundable charger deposit: 150 DKK, paid at pick-up (unless you already own a Volt Charger from a previous year or festival)
• Refundable cable deposit: 25 DKK
• All deposits are paid at the festival when picking up your Volt Charger and cable
• As part of a green initiative, we encourage you to bring your own USB-C cable
• Deposits are refunded to the account used for payment within up to 14 bank days after returning the charger and/or cable at the same festival
  

Keep your Volt Charger after the festival?
No problem. We keep your charger deposit and you keep the Volt Charger. Just remember to pick up a free USB-A cable from a swapping station to charge it at home.

How long does a Volt Charger last on a full charge?
A fully charged Volt typically provides enough power for a full charge of normal phone use. Battery life depends on your phone model and usage.

How many times can I swap my Volt Charger?
You can swap your Volt Charger once per day at Volt swapping stations during the festival.

Do I need to bring my own cable?
We encourage you to bring your own USB-C cable as part of our green initiative. If you don’t have one, a cable can be rented with a refundable deposit.

Can I charge multiple devices at once?
Volt Chargers are designed to charge one device at a time.

What happens if I forget to return my Volt Charger?
If the charger is not returned, the charger deposit will be kept and you keep the Volt Charger.

Where can I get help during the festival?
On-site support is available at Volt Containers and Volt Recharge Zones throughout the festival.

• Use of Volt Charging Service is at your own risk.
• Volt is not responsible for loss, damage, or misuse of the charger or cable.
• Excessive use of social media, filming, or photographing while charging may result in less than a full phone charge.
• Swaps are limited to one fully charged Volt per day per customer.
• Relevant pick-up or service information will be provided in connection with your booking and on-site collection.
• Volt Charging Service can be activated from Saturday 27 June when the campsite opens.
• Volt Chargers can be swapped at Volt Containers or Volt Recharge Zones on the campsite.
• Deposits for Volt Chargers can only be refunded at the same festival where the service was purchased.
