Meet our Seasonal Event Managers
Started as a last-minute hire, came for the job, stayed for the people. This is my fourth season.
Sylle Became an Area Manager just before the festival, without really knowing what Volt was. Stayed for the people and the crazy experiences. Now it's my fourth season.
Line I joined Volt to hear Eminem at Roskilde Festival 2018! I'm clearly addicted to the community. It's my seventh season, by the way.
Frederikke Signed up spontaneously, came for the music, stayed for the community. It's my third season.

What it's like to work at Volt
Job satisfaction and working together come first here: we support each other and enjoy working together every day. Our goal is strong results and great experiences, through new ideas and quality.
Who are we?
Volt started with one simple service: power for festival-goers. Today we also rent out lockers and swap SOUNDBOKS batteries, everything that makes a festival easier.
But Volt is more than its services. It's a community where young people thrive, grow together and push each other forward.

Yes. Whether you want new skills, new challenges or the next step in your career, we back you all the way. Many of our Team Leaders, Area Managers and office staff started as volunteers.
