Wheelchair-accessible lockers
When you pre-book a locker online, it's assigned automatically. If you need a locker at wheelchair height, simply send us an email after booking and we'll move your reservation to an accessible locker at a reachable height.
Just email support@getvolt.dk with your order number and we'll take care of it.
Charging & power banks
Our Volt Charger power banks are designed to be easy to use for everyone. Our self-service swap stations have pickup slots at a height that can be reached from a wheelchair. If you need any further assistance, our staff on location will be happy to help.
Need help at the festival?
Our staff are at every festival location and trained to assist. If you need any special accommodation on-site — whether it's help carrying equipment, finding accessible routes, or anything else — just ask any Volt team member or contact our support team.
